How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to ship all orders before the end of the next business day, so the longest you should have to wait will be just two days!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, excluding American Express. Feel free to contact us if you wish to pay via bank transfer as we may be able to offer you a small discount.
Is all of your bullion brand new?
All of our bullion is sold in "bullion condition" which means that small defects may be visible. This does not affect the bullion value of your items. If you want to double check the condition of the exact item you're ordering, get in touch and we can send you a photo.
What happens if I change my mind?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns. However, we are always happy to buy back your silver or gold at a market leading rate!
